In the unlikely event your new dog coat or apparel for dogs is affected by a manufacturing fault, email us within 7 days of receipt and tell us your name, address, contact phone number and when you purchased the product.

We are happy to exchange a product if it is not the correct size but it must be returned in resalable condition, complete with undamaged packaging and tags, together with pre-paid post satchel to return the replacement item. 

Returns must be made within 7 days from receipt of goods and return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please note refunds are only applicable where an item has a manufacturers fault.  Postage costs are not refundable.
